Hamfatter
I was at a party in the Hippodrome, Leicester Square last night, and since Dragon Peter Jones was somehow involved (no, didn’t see him!), the band Hamfatter, which he invested in at the beginning of the latest series, played a fairly good set. They were joined for a few minutes by Mr Reggae Reggae Sauce as well, which was interesting. I’ll get photos up on Flickr when I’m not meant to be working!
Update: there are a couple more shots up here on flickr, and this is already one of the most popular posts on the site. I wonder why. It’s not like they’ve been on TV or anything. Oh, wait.
Hmm… was an interesting group.. don’t think Simon Cowell would have appreciated their performance.. Have to say, didn’t enjoy them too much.. just some of the tunes seemed a touch out of tone, and it was just way too loud! Was Peter Jones there at all??
I think Levi Roots, with his Reggae Reggae Sauce was another Dragon’s Den investment. Be sure to tag your photo with hippodrome, and moulin rouge, and more folks might find it since it was the theme of the night

Thanks for the comment Farhan. Didn’t see Peter Jones there, but then I didn’t explore the whole building and arrived slightly late!
Hamfatter weren’t too bad, with quite a few people joining the dancefloor for their set; they’re the ones who invited Levi Roots up to the stage to perform. Overall, a pretty good night actually
