Found this amazing panorama of President Obama’s inauguration, made using a Gigapan Imager and Canon G10. Composed of 220 images, it took 6.5 hours on a MacBook Pro to stitch together, resulting in a 2GB TIF file – that’s 1,474 megapixels. Well worth a look – it’s probably one of my favourite inauguration images so far. [Via Engadget]
